CinePhone is a digital software service. Paid access is delivered electronically to your account after successful payment processing. No physical goods are shipped.

3. Subscription Billing

Pro plans are recurring subscriptions billed monthly or yearly, depending on the plan selected at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

4. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time through Stripe Billing Portal. Cancellation applies at the end of the current billing period and prevents future renewals.

5. Refund Policy

Unless required by law, charges are non-refundable and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial subscription periods.

Lifetime purchases are one-time, non-recurring charges and are non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated in a separate written promotion.
